Delete your Blearnix account

You can delete your Blearnix account and everything we store with it at any time, in the app or by e-mail. An account is needed only for a subscription and to sync your study data between devices; reading works without one.

In the app

Open Blearnix and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted at once and the app signs you out.

Without the app

Write to info@blearnix.com from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and everything stored with it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

your account: your e-mail address and password;
your plan and the record of the subscription you bought from us;
your synced study data: saved words, progress, grammar answers, how far you are in each book, reading time, badges and starting levels;
the study reports written about your account, which describe what you do well and suggest what to study next;
the books and web pages you added yourself, with everything made from them;
the feedback you sent from the app, with its context;
the counters of what you used each day and month.

What is kept

Nothing in our own records. Google Play and the App Store keep their own record of your purchases, under their own policies.
Server logs expire on their own within 30 days, and analytics events (which never carry your e-mail) within the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
The study data on your device stays there until you uninstall the app.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: Google Play and the App Store manage it. Cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions or, on an iPhone or iPad, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
